Tracking Lost PayPal Orders

Sometimes PayPal will take an order, but when the customer doesnt click the return to merchant button, the cart doesnt recieve the order. So you get the order amount from paypal, but dont know the items. 
When this happens.  Look in admin/orders/unsold carts.

Then you will see a list of items that customers have added to their cart but not yet checked out. Look for your PayPal customers name/email in the list. You can then see what they ordered, complete the transaction and then reset their cart contents back to zero.
However, if you have multiple attributes to choose from, this methed doesnt show us exactly which of the attributes they have added to their cart. To work around this, copy their email then go to the catalog side and login with their email and your master password (as setup in Admin/Configuration/Customer Details).   From there you can view the cart contents and then finish out the order.
